Nightmares of The Chaosville

Nightmares of The Chaosville is a magnificent action and adventure game where you help a group of boys survive various logic puzzles, all of which are set in a world openly inspired by Lovecraft. The graphics are also absolutely superb and reminiscent of the excellent animated series Over the Garden Wall.

Gameplay in Nightmares of The Chaosville consists of helping these three boys get to the end of the level. But the way there is riddled with monsters sprung from the darkest depths of hell, and the only way to survive is with a little logic. That said, the correct answer is rarely the most obvious one.

In each puzzle, you'll find another difficult situation with two to three possible answers, each associated with an object. For example, when you encounter a monster with a head made of two bells, you can choose between a saucepan or a pair of eyes. If you choose the saucepan, you lose the game, and you'll have to start over from the beginning. If you choose the eyes, on the other hand, the monster will be able to see and will remain calm. As you solve puzzles, you'll also collect objects which you can store in your inventory.

Nightmares of The Chaosville is a beautiful puzzle game with an original premise and excellent graphics, perfect for anyone who enjoys games with a good mix of fantasy, horror, and logic.
